**Responsibilities Include**
- Design and develop learning solutions, including online courses, workshops, and coaching programs.
- Conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements and develop recommendations for business partners.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
**Requirements**
- 5 years of instructional design and development experience, training consulting
- BA or BS Degree
- English Level required: 90% - 95%
