Travelopia is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage our Salesforce instance in North America. The successful candidate will collaborate with our team on specifications, validate proposals, and deliver solutions that meet partner requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage our Salesforce instance, ensuring security, data quality, system integrations, user management, and reporting meet organizational standards.
- Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, implementing changes accordingly.
- Provide expert-level support for all Salesforce-related questions and issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.
- Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and standard processes.
**Requirements:**
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Extensive experience with creating Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Roles, Users, Security and Sharing Settings.
- Experience setting up Profiles, Creating Roles, Page Layouts, Org-Wide-Default (OWD), and Permission sets.
- Worked on various Lightning Aura Components and Lightning Web Components related project responsibilities.
