We offer an opportunity for you to join our global workforce as a Workday Technical Analyst, reporting directly to the Workday Technical Analyst Lead within the wider Workday Implementation Project Team. This role will involve contributing to the execution and configuration of Workday HCM, specifically in the areas of Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, and Benefits.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have pre-existing experience with Workday Absence, Time Tracking, including Core HCM, and a strong understanding of the Workday system environment. Key responsibilities will include solution design, testing, deployment, and data preparation using EIB's to load new data into Workday. Additionally, they will work closely with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, accuracy, consistency, and currency during these activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Expertise: Pre-existing experience with Workday Absence, Time Tracking, including Core HCM
  • Data Preparation: Using EIB's to prepare and load new data into Workday
  • System Configuration: Working knowledge and experience configuring Workday Core HCM and Absence, Time Tracking
  • System Testing: Adoption, Integrations & Security: Support change management activities by inputting into user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training materials
  • Project Tracking: Coordinate, develop, and execute plans according to the project schedule and key deliverables

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in a similar configuration role working with Workday in the area of expertise. They should also have good written and spoken English skills, as well as a bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Other languages such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese are highly valued.
