Technical Operations Expert

The Cloud Deployment Engineering group at Oracle is responsible for delivering the underlying services in our data centers, both physical and cloud-based. This includes the framework and services for end-to-end system lifecycle management, maintaining hardware and software configuration, patching and updating operating system components, and services that comprise our overall configuration management framework.
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and experience with collaboration tools including Confluence, JIRA, git.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform problem diagnosis and resolution using automation, scheduling, and monitoring tools
- Collaborate with other teams to deliver end-to-end system lifecycle management
- Implement technical solutions to enhance and/or troubleshoot the system
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of related experience in a medium to large network distributed and computing environment
- BS in Computer Science or related field
