Construction Engineer Administrative Assistant

ATSG Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineer Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Jose, Costa Rica. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our construction engineers and contribute to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to construction engineers, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing schedules, and preparing reports.
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required, including data entry, email management, and document preparation.
- U.S. citizen, TCN, or LN.
- MRPT certification or RSO Clearance for foreign nationals.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- FSI Level 3/3, English.
- FSI Level 4/4, Spanish.
- At least five (5) years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and Power Point, and the ability to learn new software, as required.
- Previous government, law enforcement or project management experience preferred.
