We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Manufacturing Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving process innovation and technical project management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with experience in troubleshooting and developing solutions for various processes. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of statistical analysis and process validation, with knowledge of Master Validation Plans, IQ, OQ, PQ, Software validation, test method validation, gage R&R, FDA's QSR, cGMP, and statistics.

The Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
