We are seeking a talented Financial Markets Platform Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the upgrade of clients to our next-generation platforms.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Migrating client files and layouts from legacy platforms to our next-generation solutions.
- Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to tailor-fit these files to client workflow.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues uncovered during the upgrade process.
To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of financial markets, and excellent problem-solving skills.
