About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategic relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries and customer segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage company resources and expertise to drive sales success.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications).
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency in sales force automation tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
