As a Distributed Analyst in our Command Center Operations Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our global infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support for Citibank's IT services, identifying and resolving incidents and problems that may impact our operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with multiple teams across various functions to ensure the proper performance of processes running within one of the largest IT environments worldwide.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with employees from different regions and levels of management, developing your communication skills and building strong relationships with your colleagues.

The success of this position depends on impeccable process fulfillment and continuous service delivery. As a Distributed Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing quality assessments on assigned duties
  • Taking ownership of the coordination of different global processes during their lifecycle
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the different requests (incidents/change request) process
  • Ensuring that every request is being processed and progressing with established service level objectives
  • Coordinating with global members and external parties, including third-party providers
  • Reporting any operational issues and risks immediately
  • Taking end-to-end ownership of operational escalations, engaging with the respective parties accordingly, providing executive summaries, and driving action plans
