Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated messaging workflows using Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and other Marketing Cloud tools.
- Ensure seamless integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, achieving a 99%+ accuracy and uptime in automated CRM communications.
- Develop, maintain, and improve core automations and new integrations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven customer experiences.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or SaaS, with a focus on CRM and automation.
