Software Licensing Customer Support Specialist

The primary responsibility of the Software Licensing Customer Support Specialist is to assist customers with their license fulfillment - from the initial license activation and delivery, continuing through expansions, migrations and resolving issues with the licenses used, and maintaining the entitlement database in the Software Licenses and Downloads portal.
The Software Licensing Engineer works on assignments that require problem resolution and independent judgment.

Responsibilities:_**
- Main point of contact for customers and internals (e.g.
sales reps, account managers or partners, etc.)
for resolving issues related to delivery of license keys and software
- Responsible to provide the correct license keys in a timely manner with mínimal repeated communication
- Educate customers and facilitate the process of license key delivery and access requests to fulfilment system**_
Education and Experience Required:
- **
- Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or 1-2 years related experience or Master's degree.

Knowledge and Skills:_**
- Basic knowledge in the field of Customer Relations.
Demonstrated verbal communication, confident telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Mastery in English
- Knowledge of microcomputer hardware, basic
- level knowledge of operating systems software.
- Customer-oriented ability
- Quality and details oriented.
Good analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- An excellent team player
- Ability to work a flexible work hour
