The Associate Director HR Operations / Head HR Services - Americas plays a pivotal role in ensuring efficient, predictable, and effective services for our workforce administration globally and payroll and HR advisory in the Americas region.
This individual will spearhead operational performance by delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of employees, managers, and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining high standards of quality and SLA compliance for Global Administration services
- Leading and overseeing the HR Service Advisory team for the Americas region
- Driving performance improvements for Pay/Time delivery in collaboration with Regional Payroll Manager and GPO organization
This position requires strong leadership, direction, and engagement across Americas HR Services teams. The ideal candidate will set clear objectives, offer coaching and support, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
