We're seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Expert. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all hotel areas, including public spaces, rooms, and amenities.
- Ensure that all guest rooms and suites are clean and well-maintained, including linens, towels, and amenities.
- Stock carts with cleaning supplies and linens as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service to guests and respond promptly to their requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards of quality.
**Requirements:**
- 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
