**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Email Campaign Specialist to join our team at Hangar Worldwide. As a key member of our digital marketing operations team, you will play a critical role in the deployment and management of our email campaigns.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the deployment calendar, monitoring campaign deployments and deliverability across various ESPs (Email Service Providers), defining and managing ESP access and roles for internal teams and clients, and managing quality assurance rounds in conjunction with our QA department.
You will also serve as the primary point of contact for all ESP- and/or campaign-related questions or concerns, and be responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding results, deliverables, and statuses of programs and initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Establish and maintain deployment calendar
- Monitor campaign deployments and deliverability
- Define and manage ESP access and roles
- Manage quality assurance rounds
- Serve as primary point of contact for ESP- and/or campaign-related questions
**Requirements:**
- English Proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, and conversation)
- Proficiency with ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Validity, Jira, Workfront
- Working experience on segregations, data set management, and test data sets
- Expertise on Marketing Customization
- Familiarity with ESP scripting languages like APEX or similar
- Detail oriented, organized, and ability to meet deadlines while working on parallel projects
- Strong experience with version management tools such as Git, Bitbucket, TFS, etc.
- Strong knowledge of branching strategies
- Ability to work well within a team
- Capable to work under tight schedules
- Experience in digital development skills and experience (landing pages, banners, etc)
