**Technical Lead - Email Campaign Deployment**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to oversee the deployment and management of our email campaigns. As a key member of our digital marketing operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our campaigns are deployed on time and meet our high standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the technical architecture and design of our web solution, overseeing front-end development activities, gathering new user and business requirements, mapping them to appropriate technical solutions, and estimating the associated development tasks.

You will also be responsible for ensuring concise and clear documentation is maintained by all peers for the projects, and owning software release activities, including reviewing code changes, client demos, QA hand-offs, and presenting solutions and justifications for tasks.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Owning technical architecture and design
  • Overseeing front-end development activities
  • Gathering and mapping user and business requirements
  • Estimating development tasks
  • Maintaining project documentation
  • Owning software release activities

**Requirements:**

  • English Proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, and conversation)
  • Proficiency with ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Validity, Jira, Workfront
  • Working experience on segregations, data set management, and test data sets
  • Expertise on Marketing Customization
  • Familiarity with ESP scripting languages like APEX or similar
  • Detail oriented, organized, and ability to meet deadlines while working on parallel projects
  • Strong experience with version management tools such as Git, Bitbucket, TFS, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of branching strategies
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Capable to work under tight schedules
  • Experience in digital development skills and experience (landing pages, banners, etc)
