Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Architect to join our team at Databricks. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for advising customers on their onboarding journey and ensuring a seamless experience.
You will work directly with customers to provide technical assistance, deploy Databricks in their production environment, and track their progress. Your expertise will help customers make informed technical decisions and achieve their goals.
The Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to customers throughout their onboarding journey.
- Deploy Databricks in customer production environments.
- Track and report customer progress.
- Guide customers in making informed technical decisions.
Requirements
- Relevant education or experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in data or cloud technology.
- Knowledge of at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in a programming language (Python, Scala, SQL).
- Familiarity with end-to-end data analytics workflow.
- Hands-on experience in data engineering technologies (ETL, DBT, Spark, Airflow), data warehousing technologies (SQL, Stored Procedures, Redshift, Snowflake), or equivalent.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning.
