Role Overview
The Finance/Technology Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals in Costa Rica. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand the impact of cost movements on financial performance and IT services allocations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare in-depth reports on drivers of cost movements and research variances across source systems.
- Maintain EITS service catalogue to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Support the development of EITS service costing and pricing strategies and related processes.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure accurate charging of EITS costs based on service consumption.
Requirements
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- No less than 8 years of experience in finance, with a focus on cost management and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive results.
