Job Overview

Citi is a leading financial services company seeking a skilled Sr. Apps Support Analyst to join our team. As a member of our applications support group, you will be responsible for providing technical and business support for users of Citi Applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field issues and queries from stakeholders, provide short-term resolutions and work with relevant technology partners for long-term remediation.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of how areas of apps support collectively integrate to contribute to achieving business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between users/traders, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors.
  • Participate in disaster recovery testing and make evaluative judgments based on analysis of information.
  • Directly impact the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others.

Requirements

  • 6-9 years' experience in Application Support role, system analyst, system engineer or linux admin.
  • Basic knowledge or interest about apps support procedures, concepts and of other technical areas.
  • Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under high-pressure situations and effectively prioritize in a highly dynamic work environment.
