**Job Overview**:

The Accounting Clerk role at ZimVie is a key position in our finance team, responsible for a range of accounting functions, analytics, and administrative tasks related to the Implant Concierge business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate customer billing inquiries and provide support as needed.

• Prepare month-end journal entries and process local vendor invoices.

• Send Radiology Invoices for MediSpend processing and perform monthly account reconciliations as assigned.

• Review and analyze customer sales data to support marketing initiatives.

• Place inventory purchase orders and complete vendor modification forms as needed.

• Verify vendor bank payments and process new customer requests for Intercompany accounts.

• Other duties and projects may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in general accounting functions.

• Experience in A/P and A/R processing is preferred, as is QuickBooks experience or other related accounting software.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and oral communication.

Travel Requirement:

Not anticipated but reliable transportation to the office is required/expected.
