Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Regional ER Lead to provide high-level advisory and complex case management support to People Business Partners, and People functions across the organisation.
  • Participate in the delivery of global ER projects as identified in the region.
  • Ensure ER policies and procedures are up to date and in line with global commitments and engage relevant stakeholders, including employment counsel.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Employee Relations, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global and matrixed organisation during times of significant change.
