**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Advisor Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Global Technology organization, you will play a critical role in driving the development of software solutions that meet our customers' needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the process of receiving, evaluating, and responding to customer RFPs, ensuring timely and efficient engagement with Global Technology resources.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, technology support, and product management, to meet RFP requirements and deadlines.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and deadlines are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies for gathering and incorporating voice of customer insights into software development processes and ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business goals.
  • Monitor progress of initiatives, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and customers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business or information technology related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the areas of Information Technology or Product Management role, with a focus on project management and customer engagement.
  • Proven leader with strong collaborative experience managing cross-organizational teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Impact You'll Make:**

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
