Salary and Benefits
Our base salary for this position is $635,000 colones, and we offer a bonus of $180,000 colones paid after 60 days. We also provide a monthly transportation subsidy of $30,000 colones if you work five days a week at our site. Additionally, we offer solidarist association subsidies, life insurance, private medical and dental insurance, referral programs, university and language center alliances, and many other benefits.
About the Role
The Claims Resolution Specialist is responsible for performing follow-ups on all appeals submitted to payers for timely payment and resolution. Key responsibilities include pursuing additional payment on open appeals through various means of communication, overcoming objections that prevent payment of claims, gaining commitment for payment through concise and factual collection techniques, escalating accounts to appropriate individuals at the payer and via SSC management as needed, communicating trends to management, utilizing effective documentation standards, meeting productivity and quality standards, completing and comprehending educational requirements, practicing and adhering to the company's code of conduct philosophy and mission and value statement.
Requirements
- English-Spanish language skills (oral and written) with a proficiency level of B2+ or above.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; experience in customer service positions is necessary.
- The ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple demands is essential.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player are crucial.
