Pfizer's Global Business Services (GBS) Shared Services is a well-established global operation with a rich history dating back to 1997. Our organization has expanded its presence to various regions, including Europe in 2003, Asia in 2007, Latin America in 2013, Eastern Europe in 2014, and AFME in 2016.
Role OverviewThe P2P CI and Compliance team serves as a Center of Excellence, overseeing and optimizing P2P processes worldwide. This team is responsible for the global management and standardization of processes for PR, Invoice, Payment, and Support Hub.
Key Responsibilities- Process Management: Ensure adherence to established processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration: Engage directly with customers and business partners on complex activities and deliverables.
- Project Management: Contribute to project completion, manage time effectively, and develop plans for activities.
- Training and Development: Deliver training on new technology or processes and maintain an accurate and up-to-date P2P Knowledge Base.
- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP, ARIBA, MDGs, Service Now, APEX Analytics, Concur, Teams) and proficiency in Office, WebEx, and Teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required for effective stakeholder relationship management.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to manage complex scenarios.
This role requires strong ties with our stakeholders, including All P2P Teams within GBS, Genpact (Outsourced Service Provider), Enabling Finance, Sourcing Procurement, Digital, External Vendors, and Pfizer Colleagues.
Education and ExperienceThe ideal candidate must have eight years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's degree with six years of experience; OR a Bachelor's degree with at least three years of experience; OR a Master's degree with more than one year of experience. Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio) is required.
