The organization performs standardized financial processes on behalf of Biopharmaceutical Finance and its business partners for Emerging Markets. The GBS San Jose Financial Services team is responsible for the timely delivery of financial processes, working closely with stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
Job Summary:
The P2P Junior Analyst will be responsible for conducting key procure-to-pay activities, including day-to-day operations, basic support, and troubleshooting purchase requisitions, vendor master data, and invoices/credits cases.
Main Responsibilities:
- • Organize workload, prioritize tasks, and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
- Own process resolution from start to finish, ensuring the best possible outcome.
- Work with P2P Management to find solutions to issues that may arise.
- Maintain and exceed metrics and goals.
- Take initiative to support our Digital Finance strategy.
- Actively support our GBS value proposition by keeping processes aligned with our delivery model and global standard.
- Support in-house processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and small project collaborations.
- Manage relationships with key contacts and colleagues of diverse backgrounds.
- Ensure proper process execution understanding our SOP, Work Instructions, Job Aids, and Desktop Procedures.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to new colleagues.
- Know and comprehend the cycle of the process they are involved in.
Requirements:
- • University degree or ongoing university studies in a finance-related field.
- 0-2 years' experience.
- Basic Office Knowledge.
- BASIC ACCOUNTING/finance knowledge.
- Intermediate English language skills.
