Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Manage a team of engineers and vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive innovation and improvement
  • Ensure the security and privacy of customer data
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering and leadership
  • Proven experience in MarTech engineering, including data ETL, identity graphs, and campaign automation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with peers and stakeholders
