Job Overview
Grupo Preseleccion seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to lead the development and implementation of all major human resource programs and functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, wage and salary administration, performance appraisal process, training and development, benefits administration, safety, and employee services.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred
- 8+ years progressive human resources experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization
