**Job Summary:**

The Human Resources Director will lead the development, implementation, and administration of all major human resource programs and functions at Grupo Preseleccion. This includes recruitment, employee relations and engagement, wage and salary administration, performance appraisal process, training and development in conjunction with supervisors, benefits administration, safety, and employee services.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and administer comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to supervisors and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and insights that inform HR decisions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between various departments and teams.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred.
  • 8+ years progressive human resources experience.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role.

**Requirements for Success:**

  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
  • Able to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
  • Able to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Able to work with and influence peers and management.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.

**Salary Information:** The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 based on industry standards and location considerations.
