Business Transformation Project Director

- Lead and execute assigned projects, including preparation of project plans and definition of deliverables.
- Employ fit-for-purpose methodologies for each project and resolve complex issues and manage critical path processes.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, actions, and decisions, and drive mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate recurring program meetings, document status and results, and communicate outcome to stakeholders.
- Manage regular reporting cadence and ad-hoc reports, including leadership reports and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably business related.
- Project Management/Sigma/Kaizen certification desirable.
- Eight plus years' experience managing complex, global programs and project initiatives.
- Experience in Finance operations (OTC, PTP, FA, Inventory) or Customer Service preferred.
- GBS experience preferred.
- Systems implementation a plus.
