About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Meet Compliance Expert to join our team at Pfizer, a leading pharmaceutical company. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with MAPP policy and related regulations in Latin American markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review MAPP Navigator transactions to ensure compliance with MAPP policy and Country Annexes within a 5-day timeframe.
  • Document all information properly in MAPP Navigator, Ariba, Aravo, Reltio, and other relevant systems according to established processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues from various hierarchies, including GBS, MAPP, Initiators, Product Leads, Category Leads, Medical Directors, Compliance Leads, Legal Department, Finance, and Country Managers.
  • Proactively follow up on invitation letters, contracts, and funding confirmation letters with colleague markets to ensure timely completion 10 days before event dates.
  • Reconcile transactions to ensure all documentation is registered on MAPP Navigator within a 10 SLA.
  • Support market colleagues with process inquiries, system access, and troubleshooting issues related to transactions, user access, and tickets.
Requirements

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong compliance skills and experience working with MAPP policies. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fluent language skills in Spanish, English, and Portuguese
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight and handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and coordinate logistics
  • A 'can-do' attitude with high self-motivation, energy, and flexibility
Working Arrangements

The selected candidate will work from home 3 days and from the office 2 days per week. It is essential to live in Costa Rica and be able to commute to the office as required. Relocation expenses are not covered by this position.
