Job Summary

We're seeking an intellectually curious and customer-obsessed Support Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of engineers. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our teams provide a positive support experience for customers, which includes being responsive to customer needs and effectively partnering with stakeholders on critical issues.

You'll represent Microsoft to our customers and work directly with internal groups to drive change that enhances the customer experience. You'll also serve as the voice of the customer to internal audiences, leveraging our culture of customer obsession to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more.
