Discover a new challenge as a PowerApps Model Driven & Canvas Lead Developer at 3M, where you will have the opportunity to design, coordinate and implement cutting-edge PowerApps solutions.

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with project teams to customize, develop, integrate and extend PowerApps Model Driven and Canvas architectures to meet client needs
  • Working with technology and design teams to support clients, providing multiple options for solving architecture/design issues and presenting pros/cons for each
  • Crafting Model Driven solutions and imparting knowledge to colleagues globally
  • Leveraging expertise in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Serving as a liaison between clients, colleagues and business partners to deliver high-quality solutions

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with:

  • An IT Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • A minimum of four years of experience with model-driven app development in Power Apps and Dynamics 365
  • Relevant experience of three+ years, preferably with SQL, Azure components, .Net, plugin development, DevOps or CI/CD pipelines, and global/offshore team collaboration
  • Hands-on experience with PowerApps technical solutions, focusing on Model Driven solutions
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts and ability to work with various levels of business users
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English
  • Ability to travel internationally when needed

At 3M, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
