Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee Business Continuity Planning and ensure regional teams are aware of their roles and responsibilities
  2. Develop and implement survey tool roadmap in SoGoSurvey for the Commercial team globally
  3. Lead technology efforts to articulate a strong MIS value proposition through Issuer Value Snapshot
  4. Review and develop specifications for regional technology governance process
  5. Advocate on behalf of region to include regional requests on list of planned enhancements
  6. Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders across MIS
  7. Develop and deliver documentation in support of regulatory and procedural changes
  8. Participate in and coordinate activities regionally in support of ad hoc projects
