Resumen:
**¿Cuál es el rol?
**

Analiza las necesidades de comunicación de los clientes generando recomendaciones de planes y servicios que la compañía les ofrece a través de su portafolio de productos.
Además, apoya la gestión posterior al proceso de ventas, de forma eficiente y personalizada, dando seguimiento y solución a solicitudes de clientes, que requieran la intervención de otras áreas operativas de la compañía; cumpliendo con estándares de servicios y atención al cliente, establecidos por LLA.
**Responsabilidades**:
**¿Cómo vas a contribuir?
**

Realizar llamadas o contacto y/o visitas de seguimiento posterior a la venta, para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente de los servicios contratados.
- Realizar un análisis detallado de cada solicitud, brindando soluciones definitivas y satisfactorias al cliente.
- Gestionar trámites de Renovaciones para servicios vencidos o por vencer, según cascada de renovaciones, proporcionada por el área de Fidelización y mestas mensuales.
(análisis de la cuenta, presentar propuestas y revisar para dar continuidad)
- Entrega de SIM a clientes para efectuar cambios por pérdida, deterioro, etc.
- Realizar Notas de créditos a las cuentas de los clientes y gestionar (errores de factura, cambios para el cliente) con jefatura y el área de finanzas las aprobaciones por montos mayores.
- Ser soporte del área comercial para la resolución de casos reportados por los clientes.
- Sobre la base de la experiência diaria, proponer cambios en procesos, formularios y gestiones para mejoras del servicio y eficiencia en la resolutividad.
- Realizar tareas operativas y de gestión en los sistemas comerciales, herramientas y aplicativos, según requerimiento de los clientes.
- Registrar atenciones diarias y visitas en los aplicativos disponibles para esta tarea.
La frecuencia de registro no puede ser mayor a los 3 días posterior de haber gestionado la atención o realizado la visita.
- Crear accesos de usuarios en MMO para clientes nuevos asignados.
- Tratar a los clientes con cortesía, educación y bajo los principios de actuación establecidos por Telefónica.
- Analiza las cuentas asignadas y asesora oportunamente al cliente para lograr mayor satisfacción.
- Da seguimiento a los equipos reportados por los clientes a Servicio Técnico.
- Realiza cambios de equipos, planes, Simcards, cesiones de derechos, migraciones, etc.
- Visita a todos los clientes asignados en su cartera al menos una vez al mes.

- Gestiona la retención ante el cliente en caso de cancelaciones de líneas y actúa proactivamente para evitar las mismas.
- Mantiene informados a los Ejecutivos de Cuentas Corporativas sobre nuevos requerimientos, presentación de nuevas propuestas o cualquier aspecto de relevancia sobre la cartera de clientes asignados.
- Cualquier otra función afín requerida por necesidad de la empresa, derivada de cambios en las operaciones de negocio.
Calificaciones:
**¿Qué necesitas?
**
- Estudiante Universitario con al menos 3 años de avance en su carrera profesional de, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines, o bien experiência en el puesto que desempeñe.
- Vehículo propio en buen estado, con licencia de conducir al día.
- 2 A 3 años de experiência en puestos similares.
**Conocimientos y experiência específicos**:

- Manejo Office.
- Capacitación en Servicio al Cliente.
- Mercadeo y Ventas.
**Habilidades y destrezas**:

- Gestión de Servicios: gestionar y coordinar las actividades asociadas a la prestación de servicios.
- Planificación y Programación: capacidad de gestionar la formulación y seguimiento de planes de instalaciones y programas.
- Coordinación de Equipos de Venta: maximizar la eficacia de equipos de venta.
