**Job Purpose**:
The Human Capital Development Manager oversees talent systems, instructional and content design, development ad deployment for Project Leadership Academy, NextGen and Learning or Leadership Development.
Administers, coordinates, reports, and leverages the functionality of TD SYYNEX talent management systems including Workday (or other) performance module, LMS and eLearning content with the support of a team of co-workers focused on both systems, and Instructional Design (primary focus, NextGen).
This role will enable global HR and co-workers on NextGen upskilling and talent management processes and electronic tools necessary to help drive clarity and adoption, maintain the integrity of our talent management strategy via governance, and document and deploy process improvements that empowers management and co-workers.
Global support includes, but is not limited to, training and development, performance management, talent profiles, succession planning, and global recognition.
The incumbent will also be responsible for improving logistics and event management for existing and new global talent management programs including maintaining training and development records and ensuring colleagues receive the proper training relative to their role.
The incumbent collaborates with leaders, departments, and committees to organize and deploy Talent Management materials, arrange training locations and other logistics, create and distribute updates and reports, track expenses, liaison with internal and external talent management providers, and partner with internal functional and business partners to manage all learning management system (LMS) activity.
The incumbent will manage a team of several co-workers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Designs, develops and deploys Learning and development programs including facilitation, Train-the-Trainer, measurement
- Provides program management and oversight for Project Leadership Academy and other key programs globally
- Conduct organizational development initiatives; recommend change management solutions and performance assessment tools.
- Globally track training and other talent programs using TD SYNNEX's learning management system (LMS) and talent performance modules.
- Provide training and assistance to training and development administrators from other functions within TD SYNNEX.
- Administer TD SYNNEX's Touchpoint and Development program to ensure proper functionality and access.
- Work with internal and external suppliers to ensure the administration of the LMS, eLearning content, Touchpoint, and other Talent Management system functionality is working properly for global and regional deployment and sustainability.
- Provide superior global customer service with high levels of responsiveness and knowledge or expertise.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- 8+ years of relevant work experience is required.
- Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
