**Job Description**:
The Sr.
Accountant responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

- Play a lead role in migrating processes from 3M's Latin America subsidiaries to the Costa Rica GSC
- Provide information for rest of Regional RTR team - including GL, Fixed Assets, Inter-Company, and Treasury
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved and customer expectations are met
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead team in implementing them

Required Qualifications
- Bacherlor's degree (completed)
- A problem solver with a client service and quality oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior process migration experience
- Minimum of 3 solid years of local Accounting and Bank Process
- Knowledge in bank platforms LA banks is require
- Knowledge proficent in Microsoft Excel
- Team oriented person who can focus on the details

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher (Licenciatura, Maestria) in Accounting or Finance
- Preferred experience working within Service Center environment with direct experience with GL, Fixed Assets, Treasury, and/or Inter-Company
- Process improvement experience - Lean Six Sigma
- Working knowledge of A/S400 and/or SAP
