**Logistics Manager Job Description**:
**We are looking for an outgoing and highly organized Logistics Manager.
Logistics Manager in our company is the person responsible for ensure cost savings and optimize lead times or resources derived from the production process., Put into practice their social and negotiation skills when end customers have a complaint or want to communicate with the company for any reason, intervene in the whole journey of a new product or service, from the original idea to its distribution.
Controls raw materials and their management: this includes inventories, warehouse organization, facilities, cleaning and maintenance, etc., he/she occupies one of the most important positions in the organization.
**

**The Logistics Manager responsibilities include**:
**Analytical skills: especially when it comes to creating simulations and preventing various problems from arising.
To achieve this, the logistics manager knows everything about team management.
**

**If possible, you should have a higher education related to the activity, as well as a background in international business and IT for analysis.
The latter includes programming templates or extracting data that will allow you to understand the situation of logistics activities.
**

**Having a leadership attitude: Being in charge of a group of employees requires the logistics manager to have communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to coordinate functions within a working group.
**

**Being proactive and adapting logistics: especially when it is necessary to take into account unforeseen events that may arise in order to achieve a goal and to know how to deal with them.
**

**Logistics Manager Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
**Qualifications**
- Strong leadership and organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors
- **Expert level written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish**:

- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
- Emotional maturity
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree required
- Strong work tenure: five to 10 years of experience
- Industrial engineer or similar field with knowledge in human resources, Transport logistics and occupational risk prevention.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
