As a Senior Supply Chain Logistics Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, you will lead internal projects to ensure they meet scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. You will manage corporate and third-party vendor efforts to plan, build, and implement solutions to internal problems and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution and implementation of detailed program or project plans in concert with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and logistics service providers, and third-party vendors during the requirements, solutions design, and implementation phases to develop detailed project plans for implementation.
  • Manage the program project from scoping, business case, and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project.
  • Work on risk assessment, communication planning, development of performance metrics, and project entry criteria.
  • Create detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
  • Oversee stakeholder expectations and provide issue/risk identification and escalation pathways.
  • Supervise the implementation team of cross-functional project resources.
  • Implement governance to ensure effective exchange of information between project stakeholders, senior management, and staff.
  • Resolve complex project issues that involve representatives from multiple organizations.
  • Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program project level.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and five years of related work experience in supply chain or logistics discipline preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supply chain.
  • 5-10 years of knowledge and experience in logistics.
  • Knowledge and experience in project management, domain to know when and how to leverage tools and techniques to effectively coach teams.
  • Advanced English level: B2+, C1 or C2.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) able to work with various audiences, partners, and Senior Leaders.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in warehousing, supporting the implementation at IT and logistics level is a plus.
  • Availability to travel.

  • Superior understanding of Supply Chain Logistics processes and strategy.
  • Experience in driving change and transforming organizations through analyzing and improving high-level/strategic processes.
  • Deliberate and structured way of thinking resulting in effective cross-functional delivery.
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Professional business acumen.
  • Reasonable flexibility to work across global time-zone.
