Job Description**
The responsibilities of this role span four core areas**:

- **
Traffic**:

- Oversee and manage global trafficking for multiple clients and ensure best-in-class service delivery in all markets
- Establish/refine processes and training parameters to ensure flawless, on-time execution by operational teams
- Organize and centralize, where possible, process and technologies to deliver specific client needs (taking local nuances into account)
- **
Data Management and Reporting**:

- Lead agency and client in developing and deploying data management and reporting solutions
- In partnership with Global TAAG Leader, develop and enforce nomenclature to better manage data across the organization
- Coordinate with analytics teams to ensure data (from varied sources) can be easily fed into internal and/or outsourced tools and systems
- **
Technology Partners, Tools and Systems**:

- Oversee the deployment of digital technology solutions and partnerships, such as ad servers, data management tools, media planning/buying and billing systems, that deliver against client and organizational needs
- Ensure teams are effectively and efficiently using current tools and systems through training and/or establishment and adherence to best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve and/or create new tools and systems that will drive savings or generate new revenue
- **
Consultation**:

- Represent client's needs within the marketplace to meet current and future needs - and identify where new value can be created for Agency and our clients.
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Must have 3+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations
- Experience in areas such as Social media, Search, Programmatic, ecommerce i
- Have completed Google Marketing Certifications, Blueprint Cerification, DV360 Certification, Twitter Certification is a plus
- Experience managing or working with Reporting Tools (Datastudio, Datorama or Tableau)
- Experience working with audience planning
- Experience working with adserving solutions (Flashtalking, Google Campaign Manager or Sizmek) is a plus
