About the Team

Workday is seeking a Prospecting Effectiveness Manager to join our expanding Revenue Operations Demand Management team in Costa Rica.
In this role you will partner with leaders in sales, enablement, marketing, and operations to innovate and optimize the sales prospecting practice.
Examples include optimizing sales messaging flow, incorporating high priority marketing assets, reporting on the effectiveness of sales messaging, and identifying and incorporating sales best practices.
This role will have excellent exposure in the business and a high degree of autonomy, with ample opportunity to lead and collaborate cross-functionally across the region

En este puesto, colaborará con los líderes de ventas, capacitación, marketing y operaciones para innovar y optimizar la práctica de prospección de ventas.
Algunos ejemplos son la optimización del flujo de mensajes de ventas, la incorporación de activos de marketing de alta prioridad, la elaboración de informes sobre la eficacia de los mensajes de ventas, y la identificación e incorporación de las prácticas recomendadas de ventas.
Este puesto tendrá una excelente exposición en la empresa y un alto grado de autonomía, con amplias oportunidades para liderar y colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios en toda la región.
About the Role-
- The newly-created role will lead various process optimisation workstreams with a broad scope of collaborators related to sales prospecting effectiveness, while identifying and proactively working to improve internal processes.- Collaboration is key in our team.
This role will work with Corporate Sales Development, Account Executives, Enablement and Marketing to design the best communication plan to promote prospecting sequences and other related marketing assets.- Within the business, this role will provide regular updates on usage, sequence performance and testing methodologies.
You will connect internally to share feedback, as well as track, measure, and report on sales campaign efficiency across multiple internal channels.- Lastly, handle localization requests for high priority sales prospecting demand generation campaigns into native languages.
Información sobre la función- Este puesto colaborará con expertos en ventas, marketing, ventas globales, desarrollo de ventas, operaciones de ventas y otros equipos internos para desarrollar e implementar campañas de prospección para el desarrollo de oportunidades y actividades de prospección de ventas (entrantes y salientes).- Este puesto de reciente creación dirigirá varios flujos de optimización de procesos con un amplio abanico de colaboradores relacionados con la eficacia de la prospección de ventas, al tiempo que identificará y trabajará de forma proactiva para mejorar los procesos internos.- La colaboración es fundamental en nuestro equipo.
Este puesto trabajará con los equipos desarrollo de ventas corporativas, ejecutivos de cuentas, capacitación y marketing para diseñar el mejor plan de comunicación para promover secuencias de prospección y otros activos de marketing relacionados.- Dentro de la empresa, este rol informará periódicamente sobre las novedades en el uso, el rendimiento de las secuencias y las metodologías de prueba.
Se conectará internamente para compartir opiniones, así como para realizar el seguimiento, medir e informar sobre la eficacia de las campañas de ventas a través de diversos canales internos.- Por último, gestionará las solicitudes de localización a los idiomas nativos de las campañas de generación de demanda de prospección de ventas de alta prioridad.
