Workday's Global Revenue Operations organization is hiring a Revenue Operations - Demand Innovation Manager
We are looking for someone to join one of three program pillars, Demand Innovation Labs "DI Labs" which is focused on driving highly transparent cross-functional demand initiatives to achieve Workday's pipeline growth targets.

About the Role
The Demand Innovation Manager will be managing day-to-day operations of one of our demand innovation programs within DI Labs.

About You- Run end-to-end demand initiatives from inception to execution and sustainment- Oversee a GTM sprint agile cohort to drive pipeline optimization for key GTM verticals- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and propose demand initiatives focused on improving pipeline performance- Support operationalizing data solutions into GTM processes and practices
Qué esperamos de usted- Ejecutar iniciativas de demanda de principio a fin, desde la concepción hasta la ejecución y el mantenimiento.- Supervisar una cohorte ágil de sprint GTM para impulsar la optimización del pipeline para verticales GTM clave.- Colaborar con los equipos interfuncionales para identificar y proponer iniciativas de demanda centradas en mejorar el rendimiento de los proyectos en curso.- Apoyo a la integración operativa de las soluciones de datos en los procesos y prácticas de GTM
Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of experience working in either GTM strategy and operations, management consulting, or business operations- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programs
Cualificaciones básicas- Más de 5 años de experiência trabajando en estrategia y operaciones GTM, consultoría de gestión u operaciones empresariales.- Más de 3 años de experiência dirigiendo proyectos y programas interfuncionales
Other Qualifications- Experience leading agile programs involving cross-functional teams and management levels- Ability to lead stakeholders with varying priorities and drive innovative solutions to a common outcome- Excellent agile project/program management, problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skills- Proficient on GenAI sales pipeline use cases- Strong understanding of SaaS funnel management
