Como **A**nalista de soporte **serás responsable para una nuestras herramientas especializadas, quien se encargará ser el especialista para dar soporte regional nível 1 y 2 para Latinoamérica incluyendo Brasil.
**¿Quien eres?
**:
- Graduado o culminando estudios de administración de empresas, ingeniería, finanzas o carreras afines.
- 3+ años de experiência en áreas funcionales de Business Intelligence, Revenue Management, soporte de ventas o soporte de usuarios de alguna herramienta de ventas.
- Deseable experiência en el área comercial y de marketing, y Business Analytics Management.
- Manejo avanzado de portugués.
- Conocimientos en excel y/o herramientas de analisis de data.
- Deseable conocimiento operativo de SAP, BW, Hanna, Oracle o similar
**¿Que haces?
**:
- Seguimiento diario de incidentes reportados por los usuarios a través de la mesa de ayuda, dependiendo del tipo de problema.
- Seguimiento de temas abiertos con el equipo de soporte, incluyendo reuniones de análisis de causa raíz y posibles soluciones alternativas y pruebas de la solución implementada.
- Llevar a cabo el plan de formación de usuarios de la herramienta, incluyendo mejoras y nuevas funcionalidades, para aumentar la eficiencia de la herramienta y reducir las incidencias por errores de proceso.
- Evaluación y soporte de proyectos de mejora derivados del análisis de causa raíz de incidentes reportados o nuevas funcionalidades solicitadas por equipos comerciales o financieros.
- Aprobar y mantener la debida revisión de acceso al sistema.
- Realice y revise los KPI de soporte de la herramienta y aplique estrategias de autoservicio sobre errores de proceso recurrentes y reducción de incidentes.
