We're seeking a highly skilled Dynamics Tech Support Engineer Level to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll work closely with customers to resolve complex cases and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Performance Indicators
- Resolve complex customer cases efficiently and effectively.
- Deliver high-quality support to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all cases, ensuring consistency with customer commitments and prescribed protocols.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in customer and/or tech support, with at least 6 months of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English language skills (85%).
- Proven skills in database query/SQL, basic cloud knowledge, network basic connectivity, and Active Directory knowledge (highly desired).
