Location: San Jose, CR, 1502-1250- Requisition ID: 10807**Responsibilidades**:
El Representante de Ventas debe reclutar a los diferentes Puntos de Venta (PDV), brindando seguimiento durante el proceso mediante visitas, capacitación completa y de refrescamiento del uso de la terminal a los diferentes usuarios de las terminales, abastecimiento de material POP alusivo a los diferentes productos ofrecidos y garantizando su correcta colocación en el PDV.
Crear una relación a largo plazo con cada uno de los clientes, motivando a los usuarios a ofrecer a sus clientes los productos, comunicar nuevas promociones de las diferentes loterías.
Velar por el correcto funcionamiento de las terminales.
Esta posición será el responsable por el desarrollo y cumplimiento de la ejecución de la estrategia de Trademarketing y asegurar ventas esperadas del territorio a cargo:
- Cumplir con el objetivo de cartera de clientes activos.
- Realizar cobertura geográfica.
- Ejecutar el proceso de prospección, firma, instalación y capacitación de los PDV (Punto de Venta) nuevos.
- Crear una fuerte relación con el cliente y asesorarlo para que este impulse nuestros juegos.
- Desarrollar el análisis continuo de la cartera de clientes.
- Gestionar los cobros de las ventas realizadas por los PDV.
- Cumplir con el plan de visitas diario, aplicando los pasos de la visita profesional.
- Ejecutar el material POP a nível de PDV.
- Manejo adecuado de inventarios de consumibles en el PDV.
**Requisitos**:
- Secundaria culminada.
- Deseable grado de Bachiller en Administración, Ventas, Mercadeo, Marketing o afines.
- 3 a 5 años de experiência en ventas de consumo masivo, de servicios o al detalle.
- Conocimiento en ruteos, distribución y administración de territorios.
- Conocimiento de Merchandising.
- Conocimiento de Microsoft Office nível Intermedio.
- Licencia de Conducir B1.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en campo y recorrer la ruta asignada.

- Manejo de herramientas (Taladro, Destornillador, Uso de escalera, etc.)
