As part of the HR operations team, you will be designing and maintaining Information Systems to support human resource administration.
You will be responsible for HR Information Systems Governance, including the revision of manuals, code lists, and documentation.
You will analyze and validates data between HR systems and ensure compliance and proper handling of colleague records and documentation.
You will also be able to provide colleague information for analysis and decision making, statistical data, and other colleague-related reports as required.
As a Manager, you provide guidance to operational teams for managing HR projects.
Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services.
Through your comprehensive knowledge of HR Operations, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies.
You will be able to take a leadership role to facilitate agreements between different teams.
It is your hard work and focus that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.
**How You Will Achieve It**:
- Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives, plan resource requirements for projects across the division.
- Deliver relevant data, business analytics and recommendations to key HR decision makers.
- Lead and manage HR Data Standardization initiatives.
- Partner and align with the relevant Pfizer teams on policy interpretation and upkeep.
- Review, assess and implement Data Management change requests.
- Ensure compliance of data management processes with data privacy and security standards within Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Provide Data Management insights and consultation on non-HRIS projects to other teams and stakeholders and is a sought-after partner across cross-functional teams and across regions on their projects.
- Prepare and deliver testing training procedures for new project resources.
- Be knowledgeable of HR systems and corresponding business processes, the self service reports, review of the data quality scorecard trends and be aware of integrity issues for the region.
- Create and maintain ongoing relationships with local HR resources that can be leveraged for explaining local process needs and assistance with testing.
**Qualifications**:
**Must-Have**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years' experience
- Proficiency in Workday processes, testing and tools
- Experience in HR Process testing
**Nice-to-Have**:
- Master's degree
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience
- Experience with Data Change Management related to business reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and/or divestitures
- HR Data Architecture and HR Operations experience
