The Information Services department's IT Process Automation team is looking for a high-performing ServiceNow administrator.
Position Purpose:
The ServiceNow Administrator designs and implements moderate to complex solutions to meet business informational needs and requirements.
Provides technical leadership in broad, complex, high visibility and high impact projects.
Evaluates and analyses business and technical requirements to develop solutions within industry standard business process and best practices.
The ServiceNow Administrator works across all aspects of the Systems Development Life Cycle for our ServiceNow portfolio specializing in the administration and configuration of the ITSM and ITOM modules.
Work items range from small enhancements to module implementations, break-fix, and platform administration.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborates with internal and external business partners to define, analyze, and interpret business requirements in order to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow-
- Performs unit, system, and integration testing and documents results- Develops training materials and leads end user training- Participates in tactical and strategic planning from project scoping to roadmap planning- Exerts technical leadership within team and provide leadership on moderately complex projects and baseline support- Creates and maintains system documentation, standard operating procedures, and user guides- Member of 24x7 on-call support rotation for research and resolution of production system problems- Participates in or lead annual ServiceNow upgrades & monthly patching- Ensures adherence to development and security standards

Qualifications:
- 2+ years ServiceNow Administration experience- ServiceNow Fundamentals training or equivalent experience- Scripting in ServiceNow Fundamentals or equivalent experience- Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following modules: SPM (formerly ITBM), ITOM, ITSM- Integration experience (SOAP, REST, JDBC, and file imports)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in parallel with an awareness for evolving prioritizations- Excellent communication and collaboration with all levels of the business and IT, from end users to technical leaders- Influential at multiple levels and with external vendors- Continually looks within and beyond current tasks, anticipating business needs and opportunities- Works well within tight technical and business constraints- Strong ability to estimate work effort, establish, and meet scheduled deadlines- Strong team player- Self-Learner

Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification- ITIL Foundations certification- Other scripting languages: AngularJS, Bash, Perl, PowerShell, Python- Experience maintaining code in GitHub or another source code management tool

Education level: Bachelor's Degree

Min years of experience: 3

English level: B2+
