**Key Responsibilities**

Support interdepartmentally the projects for all Latin America, specifically in:

- Capture, classify, preserve, and safeguard information following IDB Invest's confidentiality and transparency guidelines and the physical and electronic records quality standards.
- Manage effectively different archival instruments and databases with detailed and reliable information that allows the content of records available to users.
The preservation of records in long term must be guaranteed.
- Identify administrative and operational processes and analyze and categorize the records generated by them.
- Facilitate access and collaborate in the search for records and information relevant to fulfill with IDB Invest's information access policies.
- Coordinate with experts in information technology for the maintenance of archival instruments.
- Other related functions assigned by the supervisor.
**Key Competencies**
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Archival Science, Library Science, and Information Sciences.
- Experience in records management and administrative archives.
- Familiarity with electronic records, metadata, taxonomies, and archival principles.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both orally and written.
Portuguese or French is a plus.
- Attention to detail and excellent writing skills.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Information systems areis a plus (e.g.
Sharepoint, SAP, etc).
- Ability and desire to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Planning, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work with precision, pressure, tight schedules and handle different projects simultaneously
