- Coordinar y establecer políticas y procedimientos de Recursos Humanos con el propósito de fomentar una cultura organizacional
- positiva alineada a los requerimientos corporativos.
- Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de Recursos Humanos de acuerdo a las necesidades de cada una de las unidades de negocio
- a las cuales apoya.
- Ser el socio estratégico para las áreas de operaciones (manufactura, productos & procesos y supply chain) y calidad, en
- temas de administración de talento y estrategias generales de recursos humanos.
- Apoyar y mantener estrategias para el reclutamiento y selección de talento en todos los níveles de la organización con el fin de
- asegurar que el recurso humano esté acorde con las necesidades actuales con futuras de la compañía.
- Desarrollar, implementar y monitorear los programas de administración de talento: por ejemplo el inventario organizacional,
- identificación de personal de alto potencial, planes de sucesión, etc.
- Asegurar un plan de desarrollo de acuerdo a las necesidades del personal y coordinar programas de entrenamiento internos o
- externos.
- Supervisar la administración e implementación de sistemas de compensación total equitativos y competitivos de acuerdo con las
- prácticas del mercado salarial nacional y las políticas corporativas.
- Comunicar y asegurar que todos los miembros del equipo comprendan el programa de beneficios de Baxter, así como los servicios
- para los empleados.
- Asegurar el desarrollo organizacional y administración del cambio en los diferentes grupos de empleados y equipos
- Asegurar buenas relaciones entre los empleados.
Atender y realizar recomendaciones en relación con asuntos laborales, tales como
- ausentismo, terminaciones de contratos, renuncias, disciplina y otros aspectos.
- Supervisar el desarrollo y administración del programa de relaciones laborales con la comunidad.
- Asignar, supervisar y coordinar las tareas de sus colaboradores: guiar, y dirigir el personal a su cargo en la ejecución de tareas,
- resolver dudas y problemas que se presenten y velar por el cumplimiento eficiente de todos los trabajos asignados.
- Dar apoyo y asesoría a los líderes de negocio, directores, gerentes y supervisores funcionales en asuntos relacionados con el campo
- de trabajo de Recursos Humanos.
- Coordinar el equipo de recursos humanos que apoya la función de Manufactura.
- Apoyar los proyectos del cluster CR & RD de recursos humanos según sea requerido.
- Representar la Compañía en Asociaciones de Recursos Humanos, Comités, Cámaras de Comercio y otras entidades.
- Apoya, planea, organiza y dirige la capacitación y entrenamiento de los empleados de la organización de conformidad con las necesidades de la empresa.
- Ejecución de otras tareas relacionadas con la posición.
**Requisitos mínimos/calificaciones**:
- Dominio del idioma inglés.
- Sólido conocimiento en desarrollo de estrategias de recursos humanos.
- Amplia experiência en L&D
- Conocimiento de legislación laboral y relaciones laborales.

- Habilidad para resolver situaciones imprevistas.
- Destrezas para negociar y trabajar en equipo, así como habilidades para impulsar el cambio.
**Educación y/o Experiência**
- Grado universitario en Administración de Empresas con énfasis en Recursos Humanos o Carrera afín.
- 10 años de experiência como gestor de Recursos Humanos.
- 5 Años de experiência en una posición gerencial de Recursos Humanos.
