The Data and Analytics, Architecture and Platform organization within the Intel IT business segment is chartered with delivering and maintaining world-class data and analytics capabilities that equip the business to capture value through consistent, accurate, reliable, and high-quality data and cutting-edge data, reporting, and analytical solutions.
In the enterprise FAIR and Compliant Data organization, we are seeking a passionate systems/business analyst to focus on developing processes to manage Intel's 2000 different types of records and support and train the 180 Record Custodians that retain and manage the records to the schedule, including but not limited to the following:
- Collecting and analyzing information from the Iron Mountain systems to formulate the scope and reduction of Intel records and tape media.
- Preparing and maintaining training material for Record Custodians as well as an AGS (Security Entitlement) process to ensure better tracking and management.
- Analyzing data from the PIA (Privacy Impact Assessment) Process and IAPM (Intel Application Program) to grow the Record Retention Schedule and ensure Record Custodian assignment is at the correct level within the Business Units.
- Understands enterprise content management, the data lifecycle and states diagram.
- Works closely with the business to strengthen existing record retention plans and schedules as well as support audit relevant requirements.
- Looks for opportunities to automate the Record Retention Schedule from SharePoint to new technology.
This role will also be supporting the cross-Intel datasets management capability to support the Legal and other BU stakeholders at a meaningful capacity in alignment with the capability leadership.
**Qualifications**:
You must possess the below **minimum qualifications** to be initially considered for this position:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree Computer Science, Systems Engineer or Records Management or equievalent experience related.
- 4+ years of experience in any of the following areas:
Managing or executing data mapping/Cataloging and data governance.
- Advanced English Level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Developing processes and training material.
- Working with and collaborating with all IT and biz teams toward developing new record retention plans and schedules.
- Experience in the retention of common business records and management of records against a retention schedule.
- Working with offshore/remote teams.
- Experience with external storage and destruction of hard copy records, hard drives and tape media.
