Accounts Receivable Agent

The Opportunity
Under direct supervision, prepares daily cash deposits and fills out cash control sheet daily.
Makes entries and updates the accounts receivable ledger.
Requires customer contact in order to reconcile accounts or answer questions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Processes daily credit card deposits.
Researches and processes customer claims of invoice payment, charge backs, returns, and bad checks.
