**En CBRE estamos en búsqueda de Facilities Coordinator (Temporalidad)**

**FUNCIONES**:

- Seguimiento a los clientes para garantizar la completa satisfacción de sus requerimientos.
- Preparar y dar seguimiento a el programa de Mantenimiento Preventivo
- Gestión del equipo de mantenimiento (Elaborar y realizar rutinas de revisión para los técnicos en sitio)
- Identificar posibles mantenimientos correctivos
- Mantiene archivos en órdenes de trabajo, propuestas y archivos de departamento.
- Procesa las facturas y garantiza una codificación adecuada del centro de costes.
- Ayuda con las inspecciones en el campus de la instalación.
- Ayuda con el proceso y el entrenamiento de procedimiento.
- Elaboración de Reportes

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura o Ingeniería Concluida
- 2 a 3 años de experiência como Facilities Coordinator
- Experiência en el manejo de Proveedores
- Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado
